Services offered
We provide haircuts (male and female), coloring, balayage, hair extensions, hair treatments, hair spa services, and the sale of professional haircare products.
Bookings and cancellations

A 30% deposit is required to confirm an online booking.

In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance allow for rescheduling.

Delays should be communicated in advance; we will do our best to accommodate.

All bookings are confirmed by email.
Payments

We accept PIN payments and credit cards.

Refunds will be issued when applicable, in line with our cancellation policy.
Guarantees and responsibilities

We always strive to deliver the best results. If you are not satisfied, please let us know during your visit, so we can make adjustments immediately.

We cannot be held responsible for reactions to products when no known contraindications exist.

Use of images
We may take photos or videos in the salon for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, simply inform our team at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
At GP Hair Experience, we value the time of both our clients and our team. For this reason, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation terms.
No-shows
In the unfortunate event of a no-show, we regret to inform you that the online prepayment will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations and rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and offer the slot to another client.

Please note that if you fail to notify us within this timeframe, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
