The Intake is a consultation appointment. It may not be possible to perform a hair transformation during this brief appointment. The €30 Intake fee will be deducted from the final amount when you book and complete your recommended service at GP Hair Experience.

4. Hair Assessment
Our team checks your current hair condition. We may look at texture, density, porosity, dryness, breakage and overall hair health to understand what your hair can safely handle.
7. Technical Recommendation
Based on the assessment and, if needed, the hair test, we recommend the most suitable next step. This may be balayage, contouring, color correction, coloring, or a recovery plan.
2. Welcome & Conversation
When you arrive, our team welcomes you and starts by understanding your goal. We talk about what you want, what has been done before and what kind of maintenance you are comfortable with.
5. Hair Test, If Needed
For bleaching, balayage, color correction or other technical color services, we may perform a hair test when necessary. This helps us understand the health of your hair, how it reacts to lightening and how the color opens before planning the full service. The goal is to protect the integrity of your hair and avoid unrealistic or unsafe transformations.
8. The GP Pause
Even during an Intake, the GP experience matters. Enjoy the atmosphere of the salon, a cappuccino and maybe even our famous empada while we guide your next steps.
3. Your hair history matters.
We ask about previous color, bleach, highlights, balayage, keratin, straightening, extensions, home coloring or box dye. This helps us understand what your hair has been through before planning any technical service.
6. Goal Alignment
We compare your inspiration with your current hair. Together, we discuss what is realistic, what may take more than one appointment and what should be avoided to protect your hair.

Before you leave, we explain what to book next and why. You leave with more clarity, realistic expectations and a safer plan for your hair.
